Sowing instructions
Month: beginning / mid-April

- Clear the seedbed of weeds
- Sowing distance: 25 cm x 10 cm
- Dig furrows of approximately 5 cm deep
- Place a seed every 5–10 cm in the furrow
- Cover the furrows
- And now: just wait!
- As the plants grow taller, it's important to support them with a stick or cane. Otherwise the plant becomes too heavy from the flowers and beans.

- Harvest: end of August / beginning of September, when the beans are dry
