Twee weken geleden kwam mijn bestelde cadeaupakket met lupineproducten bij mij aan. Ik had erover gelezen in het tijdschrift Vegan. Omdat ik altijd (als veganist) op zoek ben naar eiwitrijke plantaardige producten, heb ik een pakket besteld.
Tot mijn grote verrassing zaten er ook lupinezaden bij. In mijn bostuin niet zo handig. Ga ze weggeven aan een vriendin met groene vingers. De pasta was heerlijk (zaals pasta is, smaakt nergens naar je maakt hem lekker door de saus). Morgen ga ik pannenkoekjes bakken van het meel. De bonen zullen in een curry verschijnen. Wat mij betreft: een goed product met veel mogelijkheden.
